I've been a REALTOR® in Winnipeg for 19 years selling hundreds of homes, condos, new builds and vacant land all around the city and surrounding areas. My knowledge, honesty and integrity are assets when it comes to helping my clients buy or sell their homes. I go wherever my clients need me. I do a some traditional advertising but mainly my business is built on repeat clientele and referrals from family and friends! Having this much experience in the Winnipeg market allows me to be very perceptive when helping my buyers find their perfect home and also when pricing my sellers’ homes for the marketplace. Every step of the way, from pricing, preparing, marketing and negotiating an offer, I want to make the whole experience as smooth as possible.
