Many new-home buyers assume $350,000 -- or more -- is needed to acquire a new home in a cutting-edge community.
That's not the case in Sage Creek, said Streetside Developments' Jessica Willis.

You can buy a move-in-ready unit that best meets your needs and tastes, or you can opt to work with our design consultant on the finishes that you want in a new unit. Right now, there are 29 completed unit, and there will be 75 units in total spread out over nine buildings. There's going to be something for everyone."
