Most show homes that were part of the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s 2025 Spring Parade of Homes will remain open for viewing well after the event’s end.
While the 2025 Spring Parade of Homes officially concludes tomorrow at 5 p.m., your chance to visit Manitoba’s newest show homes won’t end Sunday afternoon.
Most show homes that have been part of the Parade will remain open for viewing well after the Parade of Homes ends. Manitoba Home Builders’ Association builders have continued to see steady traffic during this spring’s Parade, with visitors viewing the 137 show homes entered in this year’s event.
Once again, our Parade builders did not disappoint, providing Manitobans with an amazing collection of design, style, quality, craftsmanship and choice for viewing during the event.
The Fall and Spring Parades of Homes are showcase events hosted by the MHBA that demonstrate the best the new-home-building industry has to offer. Whether one is in the market for a new home, considering a change or just looking for ideas for their current dwelling, no other Parade of Homes in Canada provides the opportunity for people to experience such a collection of new home concepts, features and décor.
For those who weren’t able to visit show homes during the Parade, you can still visit these beautiful dwellings. Most of the show homes entered in the Parade are open year-round for viewing. The hours may be slightly different than during the Parade, but the sales representatives in the new homes are still available to help you with your search for the perfect residence. So, if you need to take another look at a couple of homes before making your decision, they are open and ready to welcome you.
All of the Parade homes are listed on the MHBA’s website at homebuilders.mb.ca and can be viewed by clicking on the Parade of Homes button. Each home listing has contact information that will allow you to set up an appointment to see the show home of your choice. Just click “Make an inquiry” and you can send an email to the show home’s builder to set up a viewing. As well, a digital version of the 2025 Spring Parade of Homes magazine is available on the MHBA’s website and will remain posted there right up until the Fall Parade begins.

We welcome you to visit the various show homes available for viewing today and tomorrow between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., but if you are unable to get there this weekend, remember t hat the homes will still be open afterwards.
