Move in and enjoy

Often people ranging from young professionals to empty nesters have to move away from their longtime neighbourhood to find a condo that suits their needs.

Cathy Burgess of Century 21 Carrie.com, sales representative for Murano Gardens of Linden Woods (Phase 2), says a central location and buyer-friendly sales policy eliminate the feelings of dislocation and stress that come with having to move into a new home.

"Nothing here is an upgrade," she says. "What you see is what you get. A den was placed in the centre of the suite, with a roomy second bedroom (with walk-in closet) next to it. The right half of the suite is then completed by a big second bathroom and laundry/storage room.

The master suite was then placed on the opposite side of the suite in its own private corner. At 11 feet by 13 feet, it’s big, bright and very well-appointed.

"A huge window lets in lots of natural light while a tray ceiling adds to the feeling of space," she says. "There’s also a huge walk-in closet that leads into a three-piece ensuite with white vanity with quartz counter top, four-foot walk-in shower with two seats and a nook that can be used for storage, or for a make-up table."
