The modern, open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas offer loads of natural light and plenty of room for entertaining.

On the Creek condos on Henderson Hiwghway.

It’s a condominium project that’s at once striking yet simple. With its modern exterior comprised of stone, metal and stucco — plus stunning creek views on its north and east sides — 2033 On the Creek (found at 2033 Henderson Hwy.) sports a striking silhouette. And while the handsome four-storey building exudes a luxurious feel, the approach taken in outfitting the suites has been a simple one, said Re/Max Executives Realty’s Akash Bedi.

"We wanted to make things as simple as possible for buyers, so we made most of the finishes in the suites — quartz countertops (three different types), high-grade, wide-plank laminate hardwoods (in foyer, dining room/living room and kitchen), luxury vinyl tile in the bathrooms and laundry room and high-grade carpeting in bedrooms standard."

Those standard features don’t end there, said Bedi. "You also get LED under-cabinet lighting, modern pendant lights over the island’s breakfast bar, pot drawers in all islands and a premium stainless-steel appliance package (fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher). And all suites come with one heated indoor parking spot included."

Then, there are the suites themselves, which feature bright, spacious interiors. "Ceilings in second- and third-floor suites (the main floor is utilized for indoor parking) come with nine-foot painted ceilings, while fourth-floor penthouse suites have 10-foot ceilings," he said. "All windows are big, energy-efficient, tri-pane PVC casement windows that dampen exterior noise and let in all kinds of natural light. The open-concept interiors also offer excellent flow."

Bedi added that the penthouse suites are particularly impressive. "With their 10-foot ceilings, oversized windows and eight-foot interior doors — they also feature gourmet kitchens, exclusive lighting packages and balconies with glass rails for spectacular, unobstructed views — they’re just so spacious and livable. The amount of natural light that enter suites — and views of Bunn’s Creek to the north and east — is exceptional. Even though you’re close to amenities, you feel as if you’re surrounded by nature."

Suites remaining range in size from 895 square feet (one bedroom/one bath, plus den) to 1,100 sq. ft. (two bedroom/two bath), with prices coming in between $272,000 and $334,900. Regardless of which suite you choose, you’ll be getting great value for your hard-earned dollar, said Bedi, adding that condo fees will range from $252 to $305 per month, depending on the size of the suite selected. "Not only is GST included in the purchase price of suites, but so too is parking, and water and hydro are included in the condo fees. Suites also come with individual heating and cooling, and there’s plenty of storage, with three (seven-foot by six-foot) units on each floor, as well as available storage units in the parkade," he said. "Balconies are also huge at 17 to 28 feet long, depending on the unit. There’s also extra parking available outdoors."

The aforementioned heated indoor parking is also very user-friendly, said Bedi. "It’s located at ground level with lots of big windows that let in natural light, so it’s bright and easy to get in and out of. It’s just another example of how the building and suites have been designed to offer luxurious yet simple living."

Last but not least, 2033 On the Creek is not only surrounded by nature, parks and hiking and biking trails, but it’s proximate to a host of amenities. "The lifestyle offered here will be tremendous," said Bedi. "The suites provide buyers with great value for the price, and the surroundings and amenities are fabulous. The style, quality and location are as good as you’ll find anywhere."
