The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s Spring Parade of Homes runs from Feb. 28 to March 22, and will feature 119 unique, newly designed homes from 31 different local builders.
Despite the frigid temperatures in recent weeks, spring really is just around the corner and we are now only three weeks away from the 2026 Spring Parade of Homes!
The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s Parade of Homes is the signature showcase event for our province’s residential construction industry. The twice-yearly event provides Manitobans interested in building their new dream homes an opportunity and experience unlike any other in Canada.
The MHBA’s 2026 Spring Parade of Homes starts on Saturday, Feb. 28 and runs through Sunday, March 22.
This year, we are proud to showcase 31 different builders in the Spring Parade. Our Parade show homes are located in 22 of Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods and provide those looking to potentially find their new dream home with an opportunity to learn about the latest trends in new home and interior design, the hottest new residential technology, and cutting-edge building materials and systems.
As you visit our Parade of Homes show homes, we encourage you to talk to the representative showing the dwelling about its unique features and what makes that particular design special.
Visiting our Parade homes and talking to sales agents about the various available options and features will help you find the perfect fit for you and your family. These show homes represent the best in residential design and construction available anywhere in Canada.
Manitoba’s Parade of Homes continues to be the biggest and best event of its kind in Canada. Once again, our province’s leading home builders will be presenting 119 unique new designs on display during this Spring Parade. Having that many options available to visit — each with its own layout, materials, finishes and design — means our Parade gives Manitoba home buyers a unique opportunity to see and experience the widest variety of building options in actual home settings. There is no admission fee to visit Parade of Homes entries.
The best of the best of Manitoba’s new-home construction will once again be on display next month. Look for the Spring Parade of Homes magazine in the Feb. 28 edition of the Free Press and at any Steinbach Credit Union branch. Our Parade of Homes magazine always contains great articles and features on the latest trends in home building and design.
