Last month, more than 32,000 Manitobans took advantage of the opportunity to get a first-hand look at the 137 show homes on display during the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s 2025 Spring Parade of Homes.
Last month, over 32,750 Manitobans visited 137 show homes on display during the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s 2025 Spring Parade of Homes.
This unique showcase provides Manitobans with the chance to see the widest variety of new show homes anywhere in Canada for new home buyers. This year, we were proud to showcase 30 different builders and highlight 21 of Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods.
While the MHBA’s Parade of Homes event receives a lot attention while in full swing, it’s important to remember that show homes featured in the Parade are open to view year-round.
The spring and summer months provide a great opportunity for new home buyers to visit show homes in between the spring and fall Parade of Homes events. Traffic will be a little lighter and parking a little easier to find at show homes during these times of the year.
Visiting during late spring and summer months also allows you to see many of the home features in full operation. Just because our Spring Parade has concluded, it doesn’t mean your chance to visit your favourite show home has ended.
Manitoba’s Spring Parade of Homes, along with the Winnipeg Renovation Show and the Winnipeg Home and Garden Show, are spectacular showcase events for the Manitoba residential construction industry in winter and spring as people prepare and plan for the upcoming construction season.
The MHBA’s two parades are signature events for the association’s home-building members, allowing those in the market for a new residence a unique chance to see the latest in new home options and the freshest trends in home style and design. Manitoba’s Parade of Homes continues to be the largest such event in Canada.
So where can you find information on show home locations and hours? You can visit the MHBA website at homebuilders.mb.ca and click on the “Parade of Homes” tab. There you can find all of the Parade of Homes show homes with contact information to set up private viewings, as well as a digital version of the most recent Parade of Homes magazine.
Show homes featured in the MHBA Parade of Homes are open for business year-round for your viewing and visiting pleasure. The spring and summer months are a great time to visit these show homes to see what’s new in dwelling design and décor options. Our members look forward to your visit!
