At first glance, 884 Grosvenor Ave. is an intriguing sight.
And little wonder. With its low-maintenance corrugated-steel exterior, it stands out from all the stucco- or siding-covered homes around it.
Take a closer look inside, and it becomes that much more interesting, said Cole Castelane of Century 21 Bachman & Associates.

A 3,680-square-foot, 2�-storey home built in 1908, 884 Grosvenor Ave. was converted into a condominium by renowned architect Ernie Walter several years ago.
