Tucked away off a service road a short way north of the highway, a select cluster of homes sit on oversized lots surrounded by wheat and canola fields, with Manitoba’s blue summer sky adding to the area’s peaceful ambience.

One of those select homes — a 1,625 square-foot three bedroom, two-bath bungalow built in 2015 — is now up for sale, says Jeff Brown of Sutton Group - Kilkenny Real Estate.

"All you need to do is figure out where you want everything to go — it’s insulated and drywalled, so you just need to design it to meet your needs," he says. "You can put in one or two more bedrooms, a huge rec room and bathroom, and still have tons of space left over for storage."
